Terms and Conditions


We ship all US orders from our Chicago, IL studio with UPS ground, unless Next Day shipping is requested for an additional charge.

UPS Ground rates for all US orders, based on order total:

$0.00 - 40.00: $12.00

$40.01 - 80.00: $15.00

$80.01 - 150.00: $19.00

$150.00 and above: FREE

All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. To expedite your order, you can choose to purchase Next Day shipping at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, with our pickup cut-off at 1pm CST. Next Day orders must be received before 12pm CST to ship same-day. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major National Holidays.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, nor to the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Customers in the state of Illinois are subject to sales tax on their order.

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of the United States directly from our webstore. We do offer expedited shipping (2-3 days) with tracking information via DHL, which is available upon request. Please email our team at info@tatinecanles.com to place an order with DHL shipping. You can also purchase from the Tatine webstore if you are outside the US and can ship to a US address.

PLEASE NOTE: International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or others fee that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately Tatine has no control over this. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If for some reason you don't receive this information please get in touch with us at info@tatinecandles.com.

We do not ship in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) as it may damage our handcrafted products. If extreme weather occurs and we must hold your shipment, we will notify you by phone and email.



All Sales are final. Choose carefully; our made-to-order products are not refundable nor can be exchanged.

Tatine does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners. 

Tatine is not responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken ownership of the product.

Please report any in-transit damages within 3 days of receipt of goods. We require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of the damaged goods. We only offer replacement for the fragrance/item you originally ordered, not a different fragrance/item. We will investigate the damages with the carrier and take the proper steps to satisfy the purchase.

NOTE: Tatine releases accountability one UPS takes possession of the goods, therefore we are not responsible if you input the incorrect address on your order; nor is Tatine responsible for theft at destination. We highly recommend shipping to a commercial address, such as your place of work where a signature can be easily obtained. If theft has occurred you must call UPS immediately with the tracking number, as our record via UPS will likely show the package was delivered to the destination provided. We accept major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express We do not currently accept payment by check, Paypal, COD or money orders.


Gift Wrap

Choose our gift wrap option and your recipient will receive a black gift box with their items nestled in our custom black and gold Tatine tissue. Our black gift box is wrapped in soft-to-the-touch matte black paper, tied with suede or leather cord, and your personalized note will be attached. Send your gifts in style!

Gift wrap is $10.00 per item and the option can be checked when you put the item in your cart. Gift messages can be written into the Gift Message field in your cart.
